Start by downloading the free Trailforks app from the Connect IQ Store and then download the Trailforks map content from on your Edge device. With trails from over 80 countries, Trailforks includes the best and most up-to-date information, including trail status, heat maps and more. When you stop mid-ride, the new Forksight mode will automatically display the next junctions on the route and gives you context by showing where you are on the route network. During the ride, the Edge 530 monitors epic details with new mountain bike stats like jump count, jump distance and idle time. Other mountain biking features include sustained effort, which measures ride difficulty using GPS, and flow, which monitors how you're descending a course so you have a score to beat on your next ride.

Climb like a pro

Climbing can become your secret weapon with the help of the Edge 530 device and the new ClimbPro function. It automatically shows the remaining climbing distance and incline when climbing following a route or route.
