Return Policy

According to art. 9 of the Emergency Ordinance no. 34 of 2014 regarding consumer rights in distance contracts, you have 14 days from receiving the product to exercise your right of withdrawal, i.e. to return the product without justifying your decision.

In addition to the right of withdrawal mentioned above, we offer you the possibility to return the products purchased from www.extremeriders.ro for a period of 30 days from the moment of purchase, according to the Extremeriders Return Policy.

Free return within 30 days for products purchased online or offline, with the exception of bicycles. Bulky, bicycle-type products do not benefit from free returns.

Customer obligations in case of return

If you agree to exercise this right, you have the following obligations:

- to return the purchased product, in the original packaging (please wrap the original packaging in a bag or paper before sealing it with adhesive tape - we will not accept products that have adhesive tape stuck directly on the original packaging) , the labels have not been torn, the product is undamaged and shows no signs of wear or use and is in the condition in which you received it.

- to return all the documents that accompanied the product.

- if the product was purchased in a promotion that also includes a gift product, you must also return the gift product.

- sending the return package (AWB creation, Fan Courier order) is the responsibility of the customer

 

Products bought directly from the store can be returned at the store headquarters, by filling out the return form.

 

Product categories with special return conditions

- Clothing, footwear, products worn on the skin, pulse sensors, watch straps, bib tights, trousers with trousers, underwear, socks, etc.;

  They must be in the same condition in which they were delivered, unworn, without stains or tears

- Consumable products: oils, cleaning kits, food products, etc.;

   They can be returned, only if they are sealed.

- Gift cards;

   These cannot be returned.

Products purchased online can be returned as follows:

Products purchased online can be returned by sending an e-mail to office@extremeriders.ro, filling in the following information:

* Name and surname / Email / Telephone

* Order number

* Bank / IBAN

* Return reason

* Questions, observations or comments

After receiving the e-mail, we will contact you within a maximum of 3 days to confirm the return. If all the information is complete and the return request is accepted, you can return the product, respecting the obligations described in the "Customer obligations in case of return" section.

If you want to change the product, please write in the "Comments" column which product you would like us to exchange with (product code, product name, size, color).

 

IMPORTANT NOTES:

 

The return procedure mentioned above is mandatory for processing the Return / Exchange of products.

 

THE COSTS OF RETURNING / CHANGING PRODUCTS

 

The cost of changing the product(s) is Zero ONLY for items that have a size option.

 

The courier cost for changing the product is borne in the above case by Extremeriders only once, after which, if it is desired to change the product once more, the cost will be borne by the customer. In this case, the only accepted courier is Fan Courier.

 

If the product was shipped incorrectly due to our fault, we will fully bear the costs of transport and replacement for that product.

 

The change cost for products other than those mentioned above, or for these after the first change has been made, is the one charged by the courier chosen by the customer. We do not accept parcels sent by the Romanian Post.

 

The deadline for refunding the value of the returned product is a maximum of 14 days from the date Extremeriders SRL received the requested return request. The refund may be delayed if the merchant has not received the products back.
